Galland Kharasch's Association Practice Group is a recognized leader in the association legal community. We currently represent more than 100 national and international trade associations, professional societies, and other nonprofit organizations, for which we perform a broad array of legal counseling and advocacy services.

The body of association law cannot be found in one substantive area - tax or antitrust, for example - but rather takes its form from the manner in which a variety of laws and regulations affect and apply to the unique organizational and operational characteristics of trade and professional associations. Our Association Practice Group is structured to reflect and respond to this distinct environment. We maintain a core group of attorneys who concentrate on the legal needs of associations. Attorneys in other practice areas - such as employment law, tax and corporate law, intellectual property law, employee benefits, technology law, real estate, and litigation - are called on frequently to provide their knowledge to our association clients.
