Given the firm's international client base, litigation attorneys often are involved in matters raising complex issues of the application of foreign laws, and the relationships between the laws of the United States and foreign countries.

We also have experience in administrative law, particularly as applied in agencies regulating transportation, energy and other industries, and in judicial review of those agencies' decisions. In addition to civil litigation, the firm represents clients in criminal investigations and litigation, primarily in the area of white collar criminal defense.
