    Charter One v. Westates Airlines -- GKG successfully represented Charter One in this action to recover damages for Westates' repudiation and breach of an aircraft charter agreement. GKG obtained a jury verdict in excess of $800,000 following trial in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

    Air Jamaica Ltd. v. Hawaiian Airlines -- GKG obtained a favorable settlement before trial in this action for breach of an aircraft wet lease.

    Condor Flugdienst v. Europa Travel -- GKG obtained a jury verdict in favor of Condor in this action for breach of an aircraft charter agreement.

    Conair v. Dominicana & Corde -- GKG obtained a favorable settlement on behalf of Conair in connection with this dispute over an aircraft wet lease.

    Charter Travel v. Air National -- GKG successfully represented Charter Travel in connection with claims and counterclaims arising with an aircraft charter agreement.

    McElderry v. Cathay Pacific -- GKG successfully defended Cathay Pacific in this class action antitrust action involving excess baggage charges on international flights from and to the Orient.

    Okura v. Century/Kyoto -- GKG successfully recovered possession of a Gulfstream IV aircraft, as well as a judgment in excess of $20-million on behalf of Okura.

  2. Product Liability

    American Trans Air v. Cleveland Pneumatic -- GKG obtained a favorable settlement on behalf of American Trans Air for damage to ATA's aircraft suffered as a result of debris on the runway at BWI Airport.

    Conair v. Boeing -- GKG obtained a favorable settlement for Conair in this action for damage to Conair's aircraft as a result of a collapse of the nose landing gear during landing.

  3. License/Certificate Revocation Proceedings

    DOT v. Republic Air Travel -- DOT action to revoke operating license.

    FAA v. Northeast Jet Co. -- Emergency revocation proceedings. GKG successfully obtained recertification.

    FAA v. Palmer -- Pilot revocation proceeding. GKG successfully obtained recertification.

    C&M Airways v. FAA -- GKG successfully defended C&M Airways in this FAA enforcement action and obtained sanctions.

    U.S. v. Century Airlines -- GKG successfully defended Century in this enforcement action regarding landing rights brought by the FAA in federal court.

    FAA v. Schilling -- Pilot revocation action. GKG successfully obtained recertification.

    FAA v. Panasik -- GKG negotiated settlement.

    AIG Group v. American Int'l Airways -- GKG successfully defended American International Airways in this trademark infringement action.

    G.S. Rasmussen v. Connie Kalitta Services -- GKG represented Connie Kalitta Services in this action involving unauthorized use of FAA-issued supplemental type certificate to make modifications to cargo aircraft.

    Azores Express v. Independent Air -- GKG represented Azores Express and others in connection with this action for breach of FAA-mandated depository escrow agreement.

    Emery v. United States Postal Service -- GKG represented successful bidder for $1-billion multi-year Postal Service contract.
