Thomas W. Wilcox

Tom Wilcox has broad regulatory, transactional and litigation expertise in nearly all modes of transportation, focusing in the area of representing commercial users of railroad transportation. Tom has represented clients on matters before all federal agencies with jurisdiction over transportation and transportation-related issues, including the Surface Transportation Board, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Railroad Administration, the Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Tom has litigated rate, regulatory and service issues on behalf of firm clients nationwide before the STB, state and federal courts, and arbitration panels.
