Employees and Social Media: Managing the Legal Risks Created by Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

April 5, 2012

By: Katharine F. Meyer

A person only has to read the current news to see that there are many possible pitfalls when using social media sites. Defamation, infringement of intellectual property, antitrust violations, and disclosure of trade secrets all occur on social media sites. All attendees will have an opportunity to pose questions during the webinar.
