Klugy Mathurin is a Senior Associate at GKG Law, concentrating on aircraft transactions, ownership structures, and regulatory compliance. His practice focuses heavily on aircraft acquisitions and sales, financing, management arrangements, and complex federal and state tax planning.

Prior to joining GKG Law, Klugy practiced as a debt finance attorney at a top global law firm. In this role, he advised private equity funds, corporations, and portfolio companies on complex debt financings, recapitalizations, credit agreements, and distressed liability management.

A former Big Four public accountant and equity research analyst, Klugy brings deep, practical financial insight to his legal transactions. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder, and holds an MBA from Fordham University.
