Christine Rocco is a Law Clerk supporting the firm’s Business Aviation and Tax Group Practice, assisting in a broad range of matters involving aircraft business transactions, tax structuring, and other aircraft ownership and operation planning matters.  She works closely with the attorneys in the Business Aviation and Tax Group to provide research, drafting, and transaction support to help clients navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape of business aviation.

Christine also serves as the acting Administrator for the International Registry of Aircraft Interests, a role she fulfills through GKG Law’s designation as a Professional User Entity (PUE). In this capacity, she oversees registrations of entities and of aircraft interests, ensures compliance with international aircraft financing protocols, and facilitates efficient coordination between clients and the International Registry.

In addition, Christine handles the formation of single- and multi-member entities, including drafting organizational and governance documents, preparing state filings, and obtaining federal tax identification numbers. Her attention to detail and command of corporate procedures support clients through every stage of entity formation.

Prior to joining GKG, Law P.C., Christine specialized in state and federal litigation. With extensive experience in legal research and writing, e-discovery, and trial support, Christine has a strong command of case management and procedural strategy. Her background in civil litigation allows her to approach matters with both analytical precision and practical insight, ensuring thorough and effective legal support across all phases of litigation and trial preparation.
