The firm consistently examines all aspects of our hiring, benefits, training, support, and promotion practices in order to assess progress, identify current needs and implement solutions.

In 2016, Above the Law gave GKG Law an "A" grade for gender diversity in its Law Firm Gender Diversity Index.  The goal of this comprehensive and accurate database is to compare firms and offices against each other on a very granular level to determine which firms are actually succeeding in their gender diversity efforts.  The database can be viewed here
