Chapter Affiliation Agreements

GKG Law’s Association Practice Group understands that the relationship between associations and their chapter organizations can be complicated. One of the best ways to avoid conflicts is to have a clear and well-drafted Chapter Affiliation Agreement that addresses such topics as chapter organizational documents, licensing of trademarks and copyrighted material, tax-exempt status, and annual reporting.
