Whistleblower / Qui Tam Litigation

GKG Law’s attorneys have the litigation and administrative law experience to represent parties in “qui tam” whistleblower cases brought under the False Claims Act or agency-specific whistleblower programs whereby individuals are entitled to an award as a result of their efforts to prevent fraud against the government or the U.S. public.  Where fraud cases involve government funds, publicly traded companies, public trading of commodities, or federal income taxes, whistleblowers may have the opportunity to collect a portion of the damages recovered by the U.S. government in successful enforcement actions.  Depending on the relevant authority, these cases may involve state and federal litigation, administrative filings with federal agencies, investigative research, and cooperation with the U.S. government representatives.
