Board Governance

GKG Law’s Association Practice Group knows that a well-run Board is an effective Board.  We provide counsel to non-profit Board members about their fiduciary duties and draft confidentiality and conflict of interest statements to ensure that all Board members understand their responsibilities to the organization.  We frequently participate in our clients’ Board, Executive Committee and membership meetings and conduct orientation training for new Board members.  Our attorneys also provide advice on parliamentary procedures and a Board’s oversight responsibilities.
