Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Training

In the wake of the #MeToo movement, workplace sexual harassment and discrimination training is more important than ever.  GKG Law’s Association Practice Group will review your discrimination, harassment, and complaint policies to ensure they are compliant with Federal, State and county laws, and are consistent with best practices. Additionally, we provide employee sexual harassment and discrimination training to our clients. Employees will learn what constitutes harassment, how to prevent harassment, and what to do if they are a victim of harassment. We also work with associations to draft Meeting Codes of Conduct, which help to prevent harassment at association meetings and events. Ultimately, our firm believes that the best way to prevent harassment is to implement strong anti-harassment policies and educate association staff and association leadership.
