Antitrust and Regulatory Compliance
GKG Law’s Association Practice Group has a long history of representing clients before Federal and State regulatory agencies and in courts in matters involving a broad range of regulatory compliance issues. Our experience in the antitrust and trade regulation areas includes designing antitrust compliance programs, auditing association practices to ensure antitrust compliance, meeting with the Federal Trade Commission and Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice to discuss industry practices and obtain business review letters, assisting clients in responding to requests for information and/or antitrust subpoenas, negotiating settlements and representing antitrust defendants in court and administrative proceedings.
