Wrongful Termination

Unfortunately, not all employee/employer relationships end on a positive note. GKG Law’s Association Practice Group handles all types of wrongful termination claims, including but not limited to claims of harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and discrimination based on race, sex, gender identification, age, disability or other protected class. We work with associations to investigate these claims, negotiate proper severance and release agreements, and, if necessary, defend the association in front of the EEOC or appropriate State agency.
