GKG Law’s Association Practice Group frequently drafts and negotiates contracts between associations and their chief staff officers. We assist clients with negotiations, including topics such as salaries, benefits, restrictive covenants, and termination. However, we understand that, while it is important to draft reasonable and protective agreements, it is just as important to maintain the trust between the association’s Board and its chief staff officer during these negotiations.
