Credentialing Ethics and Disciplinary Matters

The credibility and longevity of a credentialing organization is greatly measured by the manner in which it protects the value and sanctity of that organization’s credentials.  It is critical that all credentialing organizations create and properly administer ethical codes and standards pursuant to clear rules and procedures.  Each decision regarding an individual or facility’s credential must be legally defensible.  GKG Law’s Association Practice Group is actively engaged in drafting, analyzing, and administering appropriate policies and safeguards to ensure that justifiable decisions are reached which are fair to all parties and protect the value of the credentialing organization’s credentials.
